We were glad to be invited to give a talk to the leaders and staff of a large Business Process Outsourcing firm in India. With many of the staff experiencing high levels of stress due to the rising cases of coronavirus, we changed the focus of the talk from Corporate Psychological Safety to one in which we focused on how individuals can increase their own resilience and how psychological safety within the team can support individual and group wellbeing.
As always, our talk was rooted in the latest neuroscience and we were delighted that the staff were so keen to discover more. An extra half hour of questions and answers emerged with great curiosity about how psychological safety can be fostered most effectively. We were grateful for the enthusiasm for such an important subject.
